General Admission
The venue sells the Lawn and Terrace levels of the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater as General Admission—meaning patrons occupy the space on a ‘First Come, First Serve’ basis. There will be NO saving of seats, rows, or blanket space associated with general admission seating. Your entire group needs to be in attendance to ensure sitting together or face forfeiture of any “saved” seats. We require that guests must be respectful of the space that they use.
Season Tickets
Due to demand, the Reserved Seating and Terrace level Season Tickets wait list is full and closed at this time.
Season tickets will provide access to all shows included in the 2026 Devon Season Ticket Package. All Lawn level season tickets are general admission and require your own blanket or camp chair. You can purchase 2026 Devon Season Tickets for the lawn level through April 30, 2026 by clicking HERE.
Ticket Office
Online ticket purchases are available any time through eTix. eTix accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards for online payment. Additionally, you can purchase tickets at the Decatur Park District office at 620 E. Riverside Dr. (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m) or over the phone by calling eTix toll-free at 1-800-514-3849. Ticket processing fees apply to all orders despite method of ordering. The Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater box office opens at 5 p.m. on show dates and is conveniently located near the main entrance. The box office phone number is (217) 619-8088.

Will Call Tickets
You can pick up will call tickets at the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater AFTER 5:00 PM on event day. The ticket buyer must present a photo ID, the credit card used, and the order confirmation number.
Child/Infant Ticket
All guests, including children over 2, need a ticket to enter the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater for all concert events.
Moreover, seats at all price levels are limited and subject to availability. PRICES ARE PER SEAT. Artists and programs are subject to change without notice.
Ticket disclosure
This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused, therefore, upon refunding the purchase price appearing hereon ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Ticket holder assumes all risks related to the game or event and agrees not to transmit any descriptions or reproductions of it. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate the license. Furthermore, the holder agrees that the license comprised by this ticket may be removed and the holder ejected from the game or event for which this ticket is issued in the event the holder violates any law, ordinance or venue regulation. Holder permits the sponsoring organization to use their image and/or likeness in any video or reproduction of the event. Finally, event dates, times and ticket prices subject to change.
