Diaper bags (with child) and bags approved for medical needs will be permitted after search by security personnel. All other bags, backpacks, totes and coolers are strictly prohibited.

If prohibited items are found, the item will be confiscated OR the guest may personally return it to their vehicle or otherwise dispose of the item away from the facility. Child Ticket Requirement/Stroller Policy
Shows are all ages unless otherwise stated. Although the promoter of some shows may have a different policy, generally children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket. They are required to sit on the lap of the adult as to not interfere with someone else’s seat. No child under the age of 16 years old should be left at an event without a parent or guardian present. Umbrella-style strollers are allowed. Diaper bags are permitted with child.
Rain Policy
All concerts are held rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted. Guests are encouraged to wear rain apparel and ponchos are available for purchase. Guests who hold lawn or terrace tickets are advised to bring a blanket. The Devon reserves the right to interrupt or delay any performance. Should we need to evacuate the facility for severe weather, updates will be posted to our social media sites. In the event that a performance/event can’t go on as scheduled, a make-up for the performance will be attempted.
For the safety of our guests, artists and team members, please note in the event of threatening weather (lightning, hail, high winds or very hard rain) we will evacuate the facility. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding during any evacuation.
Refund/Resale Policy
Refunds are only available for events produced by The Devon in the case that an event is cancelled for any reason and is not able to be rescheduled to another date or time. If an event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date are valid and will be honored. Line-ups are subject to change and refunds will be offered if the headliner for the event cancels for any reason. Otherwise, all ticket purchases are final.
Resale of tickets for events at The Devon will not be allowed and orders for tickets promoted by third party resellers/websites will be cancelled.
Camera Policy
Camera policies vary from show to show. Some artists allow personal cameras (point & shoot only) and cell phones. We ask all guests to be courteous of other concert goers and refrain from blocking the views of others with your devices.
In some cases, the artist requests “no cameras.” No cameras of any type, including cell phones, may be used. Please check event details.
Unless authorized in advance, professional video and audio recording is prohibited. At no time are laser pointers allowed.
The Devon has the right to make the determination on all cameras on behalf of the artists and film or tape is subject to confiscation and becomes the property of the artist.
