Can I bring my own chair?
Standard size camp chairs are permitted in the lawn and terrace levels only. However, to ensure all guests have the best show experience, blankets (no larger than 5′ x 6′) are recommended and encouraged! Oversized chairs such as Hammock style or double lawn chairs are not allowed.
Do you have a lost and found?
If you believe you left or lost an item at an event held at The Devon, you may contact The Decatur Park District at (217) 422-5911. The Devon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Can I stand during concerts?
Standing during a concert may be acceptable behavior as long as it remains directly in the area of your purchased seat. Many performers instruct The Devon operation managers not to ask anyone to sit down during their performance. During a Seated Pit show we do not allow you to stand along the stage or barricade in front of other patrons. Standing is also not allowed along steps and walkways due to standard fire regulations. Each situation is handled on an individual basis. The Devon reserves the right to ask disruptive guests and those refusing to respect our rules to leave without a refund.
What time should I get to the amphitheater?
Allow ample time to park, walk to venue and for security screening. Gates open 60 minutes prior to the start of the show, unless otherwise noted. Late arriving guests may be asked to wait for a break in the music before taking a seat.
Is there an onsite ATM?
We do not provide ATM at The Devon, however our concession and drink ticket stations do accept card payments.
