DECATUR, IL – The Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater announces a change to the upcoming June 4 concert originally scheduled to feature Lil’ Kim. Due to Lil’ Kim signing on to a national tour, she has had to cancel her solo performance dates, including the show at Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater.
In her place, the concert will now feature renowned rapper Rick Ross, alongside Waka Flocka, Fletchy, and DJ Cliffy D. The event remains scheduled for June 4.
All tickets previously purchased for the Lil’ Kim concert will be fully refunded. Customers are advised to await the refund process; this may take up to 10 business days.
New tickets for the Rick Ross concert will go on sale starting Wednesday, February 18 at 10 a.m. at devonamphitheater.com

ABOUT RICK ROSS
Superstar rapper Rick Ross, rose to prominence by putting Miami back in the national rap spotlight with his 2006 platinum hit "Hustlin'." Originating from Carol City, Florida, Ross began rapping in the mid-'90s and gained early local success before signing a multi-million-dollar deal with Def Jam under Jay-Z. His debut album, Port of Miami, and all nine subsequent studio albums, including God Forgives, I Don’t (2012) and Port of Miami 2 (2019), reached the Billboard 200 Top Ten, supported by hits like "The Boss" and "Aston Martin Music."
Ross established Maybach Music Group in 2009, boosting careers of artists like Gunplay, Wale, and Meek Mill, and featured on major hits with DJ Khaled, Kanye West, Chris Brown, and others. He maintained chart success through the 2010s with albums such as Teflon Don, Mastermind, and the compilation Self Made series, earning Grammy nominations along the way.

His 2025 single "For the Money" featuring Pharrell Williams previewed his upcoming album Set in Stone. Throughout his career, Rick Ross has remained a dominant and influential figure in hip-hop, blending street narratives with mainstream appeal.
