El Anfiteatro Devon Lakeshore se complace en dar la bienvenida al legendario Ramón Ayala con el invitado especial Parranderos Latin Combo el domingo 17 de septiembre.

SOBRE RAMÓN AYALA

Ramón Ayala nacido (8 de diciembre de 1945) en Monterrey, México ha dominado el arte del acordeonista/vocalista/compositor durante más de 40 años. Ramón Ayala ha definido la música norteña con canciones emblemáticas y un estilo instrumental definitivo que lo han convertido en una superestrella a ambos lados de El Río Grande. Ramón, hijo del músico local Ramón Cobarrubias, comenzó a tocar su instrumento favorito, el acordeón, cuando tenía seis años. Inspirado y apoyado por sus padres, se presentó en diferentes lugares públicos para ayudar a su modesta familia.

Ramón ha ganado y ha sido nominado a varios premios Grammy. En 2001 Ramón fue galardonado con un premio Grammy americano por el álbum “En Vivo… El Hombre Y Su Música”. Ramón también ha sido galardonado con dos premios Grammy Latinos por los discos “Quemame Los Ojos” y “El Número Cien”. Ramón ha sido nominado un total de diez veces con ambos mercados combinados.

ABOUT RAMON AYALA

Ramon Ayala born (December 8th. 1945) in Monterrey, Mexico has mastered the artistry accordionist/vocalist/songwriter for over 40 years. Ramon Ayala has defined norteño music with signature songs and definitive instrumental styling that have made him a superstar on both sides of the El Rio Grande. Ramon, son of local musician Ramon Cobarrubias, began playing his favorite instrument, the accordion when he was six years old. Inspired and supported by his parents, he performed in different public places to help his modest family.

Ramon has won and has been nominated for several Grammy awards. In 2001 Ramon was awarded with an American Grammy award for the album “En Vivo… El Hombre Y Su Musica”. Ramon hasalso been awarded with two Latin Grammys’ for the albums “Quemame Los Ojos” and “ El Numero Cien”. Ramon has been nominated for a total of ten times with both markets combined.
