DECATUR, IL – The Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater is proud to announce the thrilling performance of Kapital Sound as part of the Juneteenth Freedom Day Celebration. This highly anticipated concert is scheduled for Thursday, June 19 at 7:00 p.m., promising an evening filled with rhythm, soulfulness, and festivity. Best of all, the event is free to attend, offering an opportunity for the community to come together and commemorate this important day in history.
Juneteenth, a day of remembrance and reflection, features a full lineup of events throughout the afternoon. Attendees are invited to immerse themselves in the following schedule:

5:00 p.m. Show Commences
5:00 p.m. Black National Anthem, Comedy, Scholarship Giveaway, Local Choirs Poetry, Dancing and more
