General Admission

The Lawn and Terrace levels of the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater are sold as General Admission—meaning the space is occupied on a “First Come, First Serve” basis. There will be NO saving of seats, rows, or blanket space associated with general admission seating. Your entire group needs to be in attendance to ensure sitting together or face forfeiture of any “saved” seats. Guests are required to be respectful of the space that they use.

Season Tickets

Due to demand, the Reserved Seating and Terrace level Season Tickets wait list is full and closed at this time.

Season tickets will provide access to all shows included in the 2023 Devon Season Ticket Package. All Lawn level season tickets are general admission and require your own blanket or camp chair. 2023 Devon Season Tickets for the lawn level may be purchased through April 30, 2023 by clicking HERE.

Ticket Office

The purchase of tickets online can occur at any time through the Devon’s ticket provider— eTix. eTix accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards for online payment. Tickets can also be purchased at the Decatur Park District offices at 620 E. Riverside Drive (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m) or over the phone by calling eTix toll-free at 1-800-514-3849. Ticket processing fees apply to all orders despite method of ordering. The Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater box office opens at 5 p.m. on show dates and is conveniently located near the main entrance. The box office phone number is (217) 619-8088.

Will Call Tickets

Will call tickets are available for pick up at the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater ticket office AFTER 5:00 PM on the day of the event. The person who purchased the tickets must be present and is required to show a picture I.D., the credit card used for making the purchase, and the ticket order confirmation number.

Child/Infant Ticket

For all concert events, all guests—including children over 2 years old—are required to have a ticket to enter the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater.

Seats at all price levels are limited and subject to availability. PRICES ARE PER SEAT. Artists and programs are subject to change without notice.

Ticket disclosure

This ticker is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price appearing on ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Holder of the ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the game or event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or after same and agrees by use of this ticket not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game or event to which this ticket is issued. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate the license. Holder agrees that the license comprised  by this ticket may be removed and the holder ejected from the game or event for which this ticket is issued in the event the holder violates any law, ordinance or venue regulation. Holder grants permission to organization sponsoring the game or event for which the ticket is issued to utilize the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any video or other transmission or reproduction of the event to which the ticket relates.
